  1. I picked up a copy of the new ‘Blackstar’ album last Friday [Was listening to it over most of the weekend] and was so shocked and saddened to see these headlines this morning… Hope all is well over there, take care!

    • Thank you, same to you. I was planning on getting the new album this week – incredible how just one person, by expressing himself in his art, has influenced so many, so deeply.
And yet, as I’m sure his family is mourning and grieving, and as I am quite shocked and saddened, as you said…I feel grateful for his music and his ideas and his art, and those are still available to us all. I find it difficult to describe this feeling!

      • Yes, I completely agree and understand what you are going through– Spent most of last night painting while listening to his old albums, so many great songs and stories and emotions! His son [Duncan Jones] is a great director– I’m sure the same creative energy will live on through him, just in a different style of media.
